High School: Lettered in cross country and track 4 years at Plainview High School
Why did you choose to come to Wayland? Wayland has a really good track and cross country team.
How did you get started running cross country and how old were you? My dad’s side of the family are all runners. My dad was known here for cross country and track. I started in 8th grade when I was 14 years old.
What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Breaking the school record for the mile and two mile.
What are your goals for the future after college? To go to the Olympics and make my parents proud.
