2012-13 at WBU: Competed in all but one of the Pioneers’ meets…finished a season best 20:14.00 at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championships

2011-12 at WBU: Competed in all of the team’s events including the Sooner Athletic Conference championship and the NAIA cross country championship…member of the 2011 SAC championship team

High School: Lettered in cross country and track at Frenship High School…regional qualifiers in cross country from 2008-2010

Why did you choose to come to Wayland? The music program and scholarships, the track team and scholarships and how close to home it is.

How did you get started running cross country and how old were you? I had been through every other sport, and this one looked like a challenge so I took it.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Running competitively in college and going to nationals to compete in 2011.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I feel like I bring a good attitude and a smiling face to practice. I try and push the team to reach the goals I know we are capable of achieving.

What are your goals for the future after college? To become a private vocal coach and possibly coach some summer teams as well.
