High School: Lettered in volleyball and track for two years at United HS…area champions in volleyball from 2011-2012…district champions in track from 2012-2013…district champion in the mile relay…regional qualifier in the 400 meters

Why did you choose to come to Wayland? As a Christian university Wayland is a blessing for me and my family. Coach Whitlock gave me a chance to represent the Pioneers and I want to make us proud. 

How did you get started running cross country and how old were you? I had never ran track in my life until my senior year of high school. I’ve never ran cross country, but I know that with God’s help I can do it.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Winning the track district championship my senior year.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? Enthusiasm and energy.

What are your goals for the future after college? I want to become a coach and have an athletic business.
