2012 at WBU: Played in 25 matches…recorded 148 kills…had eight aces…recorded 1.13 digs/games with 80 total digs…assisted on 38 blocks, which was fourth on the team

Prior to WBU: Played at Liberty University for two years

Why did you choose to come to Wayland? I like the small, private school setting.  I also knew Coach Giacomazzi from High Performance in club volleyball and appreciated him as a coach.

How did you get started playing volleyball and how old were you? I was 8 years old. My sister had just started YMCA volleyball and I decided that anything she could do I could do better. 

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date?  Making 1^st team all-state in high school two years in a row. Also blocking Virginia Tech’s best outside hitter in their own tournament.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? On the court I can be very loud and try to put up a very physical presence.  Personally, I like to be the quiet one and listen while others talk. 

What are you goals for the future after college? Teach history and continue coaching volleyball
