Former Pioneer Megan Sharratt joined the Pioneer coaching staff as graduate assistant coach for the 2019 season. A native of Albuquerque, N.M., Megan transferred to WBU after playing at Seward County Community College (Kan.). The 6-foot middle suited up for the Pioneers in 2016 and 2017, helping the team to a Sooner Athletic Conference runner-up finish (15-3) and to the NAIA National Championships her junior season when she was named All-SAC 2nd Team. As a senior, Megan was named All-SAC 1st Team and an NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

Megan majored in marketing. She has a Yorkie Poo named Bodie.
