Why did you choose to come to Wayland? I wanted to continue playing volleyball and to be close to my brother. This was the best fit for me at the time because that allowed me to be close to home and continue to play volleyball.

How did you get started playing volleyball, and how old were you when you started?  I’ve been around volleyball my whole life, and I started around 5 years old. Ever since then, I have been playing the game that I have a passion for.

What is your proudest athletic achievement to date? Going to Nationals my sophomore year, and becoming 1^st Team All-American.

What do you feel you bring to your team both athletically and personally? I feel like I am a good motivator who encourages others to have confidence in themselves whenever they make a mistake. I also work hard to help my team become better.

What are your goals for the future after college? I want to go to nursing school and become a traveling RN and later, become a labor RN.
