High School Awards/Achievements: Lettered in wrestling four years at Cypress Lakes High School…captain of wrestling team senior year
Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I came to Wayland so that I could wrestle in college.
How did you get started wrestling and how old were you? I was 14 when I was first introduced to wrestling. I was too small to play basketball and other sports so I figured that if I joined wrestling I could have a chance to have fun.
What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Getting to wrestle in college.
What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I feel like I can inspire the team with my work ethic.
What are you goals for the future after college? I want to be happy. I want to be a marine biologist so I can help the environment.
