Deandre Small competed for Barbados at the 2014 FINA World Championships in Deha, Qatar from Dec. 3 to 7. Small competed in the 100 and 200-meter backstroke and in the 200-meter individual medley at the international event. The freshman from Bridgetown, Barbados had personal best times in the 200 IM (1:07.71) and in the 200 back (2:24.22).
