Brandon is a four-year starter at left guard who has been with the football program since it was restarted in 2012. Coach Butch Henderson praised Brandon, who sat out last season with an injury after earning all-conference honors as a junior, for his many contributions to the team’s unmatched success in 2016. “He does everything we need him to do, not only on the field but spiritually and leadership-wise,” Henderson said. “He’s a big part of what we do offensively.” Brandon, who wants to become a coach, is joined on the offensive line by fellow seniors Terry Fields at left tackle and Jacob King at right guard.
