Demarco won all three of his matches – including two pins – last week when the 13^th-ranked Pioneer men’s wrestling team competed in Kansas against Ottawa University, Northwest Kansas Technical and Otero Junior College. A junior from El Paso, Demarco wrestled at 133 pounds. Coach Aaron Meister: “Demarco has been very consistent for us all year. He has shown great leadership, and we look forward to what he will do the rest of the way.” The Pioneers host Bacone in their final home competition of the season beginning at noon Saturday in the Laney Center.
