At the Masked Rider Open hosted by Texas Tech, Devin ran the NAIA's fourth-fastest time of the season in the 100 (11.75) and the fifth-fastest time in the 200 (23.94). Coach Brian Whitlock said of the freshman from Mesquite: "That's a really good time in the 200, especially for a freshman. I was really impressed with that.” The WBU women are rated first in the NAIA by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
