Jackline, a senior from Kenya, led the Pioneers’ top-ranked women’s cross country team to a seventh-place finish out of 51 teams at the prestigious Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival. Individually, Jackline placed 31st out of 424 runners, completing the 5k course in 18 minutes, 5 seconds. “Jackline ran really well. She’s a consistent runner for us,” coach Brian Whitlock said.
