Tom Bailey pitched two complete games for the Pioneers last week, securing the team's first win in three weeks against MidAmerica Nazarene on Monday, 10-2. The junior from Perth, Australia, gave up five hits and two runs and struck out eight against MNU.

In Wayland's weekend series at USAO, Bailey took the loss, but had another stellar day on the mound. He gave up only three hits to the Drovers, a team that ranks in the top 10 in the country in homeruns per game, slugging percentage, total runs scored, total runs batted in and batting average.
