Soccer match cancelled by heavy rains

Heavy rains that moved through Plainview Wednesday afternoon have forced the cancellation of Wayland Baptist's men's soccer match this evening against the University of Texas-Permian Basin.

The Pioneers (0-1-1) now will make their home debut on Saturday against Texas College, with kickoff at Hilliard Field set for 6 p.m.
