Plainview, Texas – The NCCAA has released the Fall Standings for the 2023-24 Presidential Award and Wayland Baptist University currently sits 4
th in the rankings. The NCCAA Presidential Award is an annual All-Sports Award given to one Division I and one Division II institution at the end of the academic year.
Wayland Baptist currently trails Grace College, Bethel, and Campbellsville in the rankings with 25.5 points after the conclusion of fall sports. Points are earned based upon a team's finish in NCCAA Sanctioned National Championship events. Points are awarded as follows:

th place – 7 points

th place – 6 points

th place – 5 points

th place – 4 points

th place – 3 points

th place – 2 points

th place – 1 point
The standing for the NCCAA Presidential Award will be updated again during the month of April when winter sports have officially concluded. The final standings and awards will be awarded at the Annual Convention towards the end of May.

Wayland Baptist joins SAGU, Central Christian College (Kan.), Southwestern Christian, and Mid-America Christian (Okla.) as the only Sooner Athletic Conference members to also be member institutions affiliated with the NCCAA.
