Warsaw, IN – The 2024 NCCAA Cross Country Championship was held today, co-hosted by Bethel University and Grace University.
The Wayland Baptist men's team finished 3
rd. The Pioneers place two runners in the top 3, with
Evans Pololet (25:37.0) finishing 2
nd and
Jace Sanchez (25:38.1) in 3
rd in the 8K race.
David Hernandez (25:54.3) had a top 10 finish by placing 8
th.
Matthew Gordon (26:52.6) was 18
th and
Alfonso Parsare (27:02.3) finished 21
st for the Pioneers.
In the women's division, WBU's
Inmaculada Delgado ran the 5K in a time of 19:11.1, which was good for 4
th place in this national meet.
