Coach Jason Cooper had these comments about the game today, "It's always good to get a win. That's the main thing this time of year…..just win. I was a little frustrated about our defense. I felt like we gave them a lot of open looks, especially early. Our offense is really strong and we are really clicking. When you look up and you have four people in double figures, and it's a good game, you know you're doing something right on that end of the floor. It was good to see Kaitlyn put solid back-to-back games together. She's playing good basketball, seeing the floor well. Payton had a nice game with 15 points and 5 assists. She's shooting the ball well and that opens things up.  Teodora gave us great minutes again off the bench. Her eight points and seven assists impacted the game. It was nice to see Bobbie get out and have some great minutes. Her tip-in put back in the third quarter was huge! She's such a great athlete and an asset out there on the court. We have to buckle down and remember what has made us 18-2 and not just sneak by in the fourth quarters of games."

The Queens next outing is a road game at the University of North Texas – Dallas, Thursday, January 30, with a 6:00 tipoff.
