PALM HARBOR, FL – The Wayland Baptist Men's Golf hold a four shot lead after one round of play at the 2025 NCCAA Men's Golf National Championships. Three Pioneers currently sit in the top 10 led by
Nino Mahy who holds first place overall.
The Pioneers, who have won back-to-back NCCAA Men's Golf National Championships, shot an opening round 297 (+9), four shots ahead of second place OUAZ, who shot a 301 (+13).
The 2025 NCCAA Men's Golf National Championship standings currently sit at:

Freshman
Nino Mahy sits atop the leaderboard after shooting an opening round score of 71. Mahy was a member of the Pioneers 2024 NCCAA Men's Golf National Championship squad.

Sacha Brendle and sophomore
Etienne Bocquillon are both tied for 6
th place after shooting opening round scores of 75. Junior
Leonard Lebrun is in a tie for 11
th place after scoring an opening round 76. Freshman
Bodee Bratcher is in a tie for 25
th place after scoring a 79.
