Adriana Armstrong Named Sooner Athletic Conference Oklahoma Ford Dealers Pithcer of the Week

Oklahoma City – Adriana Armstrong of Wayland Baptist has been named this week's Sooner Athletic Conference Oklahoma Ford Dealers Softball Pitcher of the Week for her efforts this past week as announced by the conference office Monday.
 
Armstrong, a junior from Maricopa, Arizona, pitched a complete game shutout against Central Christian. In the 5-0 win, Armstrong allowed only four hits and struck out ten Central Christian batters.

The shutout win dropped Armstrong's ERA to 3.14 and improved her record to 8-6.
