2026 WBU Football Schedule is set, Features 5 Home Games

PLAINVIEW – The 2026 Wayland Baptist Pioneer football schedule is set for this upcoming season, and the Pioneers will host 5 home games.

The Pioneers are coming off one of the best seasons in recent history where they finished 6-3 (5-3 in SAC play). The 6 wins were the most the team has had in a season since 2016 when they finished 7-3.

This upcoming season, the Pioneers will play 5 games here in Plainview and 5 games on the road. The kick-off times for the home games have been set, and all home games will be played at Greg Sherwood Memorial Bulldog Stadium.

The 2026 season will officially begin Saturday, August 29^th, at 7:00 PM when the Pioneers travel to Alpine, Texas for a showdown with Sul Ross State University. The full 2026 schedule includes:
