A 2009 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Hill spent several seasons working for the Longhorn football program while earning a business degree in Supply Chain Management. Following his graduation, Hill worked for Bennie Wylie in the UT Strength and Conditioning Department.  He also assisted the Hyde Park Baptist High School's strength and conditioning program.
 
Hill, who is originally from Llano, is the son of two educators and knows the value of a strong education.  His duties with the Pioneers include coaching the defensive backs, heading up the strength program, and spending time recruiting multiple areas of the state.
