High school awards/honors: All-district right guard at Lubbock Cooper High School…owns the 3A Texas State record in the bench press, lifting 535 pounds

Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I came to Wayland to play football.

How did you get started playing football and how old were you? I started playing around 12 years old because my mom wanted me to try something other than baseball.  

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Setting the bench press record in 2012.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? Leadership, strength and friendship.

What are your goals for the future after college? Become a DPS officer.
