Keter, from Kenya, is currently the Sooner Athletic Conference Runner of The Week. He finished 18th out of 400 competitors with a time of 25 minutes 12.50 seconds for the Pioneers at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas last Saturday.
