Cailyn, a 5-foot-9 freshman guard from Shallowater, recorded her first collegiate double-double in helping the sixth-ranked Flying Queens to a 103-46, home-opening win over Northern New Mexico. In her 22 minutes of court time, Cailyn scored 15 points and pulled down a dozen rebounds while also logging three steals and two assists. She hit 7-of-13 field goals and made her only free throw.

Cailyn was one of seven Flying Queens with nine or more points.

The Flying Queens (4-0) will be back in action for their Sooner Athletic Conference opener against University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma at 6 p.m. Thursday in Hutcherson Center.
