Friday's volleyball matches at Hutcherson Center have been adjusted...again.
Instead of three matches also involving Lubbock Christian, Wayland Baptist and University of the Southwest now will play each other back-to-back. In an effort to allow USW to travel earlier because of weather concerns, the doubleheader has been moved ahead and now will begin at 12:30 p.m. Only two matches will be played instead of the originally scheduled three.
The Pioneers are 5-3 and have won five straight matches, including their last two since a nine-week layoff brought on by COVID-19. Friday's matches will be the first of the season for USW.
