It was the Queens first conference loss of the season after playing in a few nail-biters to start conference play, but Coach
Jason Cooper is confident his team will learn from this game and grow from it.
Coach Cooper stated, "I am disappointed in the outcome of the game no doubt. We still have a lot that we need to get better at. We've been flirting with disaster the last couple of weeks, and it finally came to a head."
"You either win or learn lessons. All we can do is take this lesson and grow from it," said Coach Cooper.
Next up for the Queens is a matchup with the Aggies of Oklahoma Panhandle State University (0-6, 0-4 SAC) on Tuesday night. Tip is set for 6:00 PM.
