Games at No. 23 SAGU pushed back a day

Due to rain chances in Waxahachie

Due to the high probability of rain in Waxahachie on Friday, this weekend's baseball games between Wayland Baptist and Southwestern Assemblies of God University have been pushed back a day.

The Pioneers and Lions now will play a doubleheader Saturday starting at noon followed by a single game Sunday starting at 1 p.m.

Wayland (21-10, 6-3 Sooner Athletic Conference) takes a season-best eight-game winning streak into the series against league-leading, 23rd-ranked SAGU (24-9, 9-3). Thus far in SAC play the Lions have swept Science & Arts of Oklahoma and Central Christian (Kan.) while winning two from Southwestern Christian and one from No. 17 Texas Wesleyan. WBU has swept Central Christian and Oklahoma-Panhandle State while being swept by No. 11 Oklahoma City University.
