Plainview, Tex. – Over the course of this summer, the Pioneer men's golf squad will be competing in individual tournaments around the world, including the British Amateur Open and the 2025 St. Andrews Link Trophy.
Benjamin Lubker will be competing in the 2025 Amateur Championship at Royal St. George's and Royal Cinque Ports, England. The tournament will be June 16
th – 21
st, and it will feature 288 amateur players from around the world.
The tournament will feature stroke play then match play, and the winner of the 2025 Amateur Open will secure exemptions into The Open and U.S. Open, and by tradition, an invitation to play in the Masters Tournament.

Nino Mahy had a terrific showing at the 2025 St. Andrews Links Trophy event in St. Andrews, Scotland. Mahy secured 32
nd place out of 144 competitors after scoring 73-68-72-70-283 for 5-under Par. The top 53 players that made the cut at +7 advanced to the final two rounds of the tournament.
Mahy was one of seven players that scored two Eagles over the course of four rounds - tied for the most in the tournament – while also scoring 16 Birdies and 40 Pars.
