PLAINVIEW, TX – Wayland Baptist Wrestling Head Coach Stryder Davis has been named to the Wrestler Report 2001-2025 157lbs All-Quarter Century Team, per Wrestler Report.
The Wrestler Report All-Quarter Century Team recognizes the top individual wrestlers in each weight class over the last 25 years. Coach Davis is a former two-time NAIA National Champion in the 157lb division. Davis is a also a former two-time All-American.
Davis is entering his third season as the head coach of the Pioneers, and he is coming off leading the men's team to their first SAC Championship in program history.
The Pioneer wrestling squads will open the 2025-26 season with the Blue vs. Gold Showdown on Wednesday, October 15
th at 6:00 PM in the Harral Auditorium.
