Pololet Earns NCCAA Men's XC Student-Athlete of the Week Honors

Wayland Baptist senior trickster, Evans Pololet, has been named the NCCAA Men's Cross-Country Student-Athlete of the Week per the NCCAA release.
 
Pololet and the Pioneers competed at the New Mexico Junior College Invitational III on Friday, October 11^th in Hobbs, New Mexico, and Pololet led the Pioneers by earning a 9^th place individual finish out of 53 athletes with a time of 25:06.10.
 
This is back-to-back Top 10 finishes for Pololet. He recently placed 6^th individually in the New Mexico Junior College Invitational II with a time of 25:30.09, so the Kajiado, Kenya native made great time this week despite falling three spots in the final poll.
