OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Junior
Leonard Lebrun has been named this week's Sooner Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week after his outstanding performance at the 2025 Invite at Innisbrook.
A native of Paris, France, Lebrun earned a tie for 8
th place at the Invite at Innisbrook after finishing the three round tournament with scores of 72-71-75-218. The field was loaded at the Invite at Innisbrook, and Lebrun's finish helped the Pioneers finish in a tie for 5
th as a team (298-290-300-888).
Lebrun was particularly solid on Par 5s last week, finishing with a final score of -2 under Par and an average of 4.83 shots per Par 5. Lebrun totaled six Birdies and 37 Pars across his three rounds of action.
Lebrun and the Pioneers will host the Chicken Express Classic at Plainview CC from October 12
th to October 14
th before traveling to Palm Harbor, Florida in two weeks to try and make it three straight NCCAA Men's Golf National Championships.
