Mia Gray Claims SAC Women's Track & Field Athlete of the Week Award

Oklahoma City – Mia Gray of Wayland Baptist has been named this week's Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week, as announced by the conference office Tuesday.
 Gray, a freshman from Sunray, Texas, finished 7^th in the Shot Put at the Texas Tech Masked Rider Open with a throw of 12.78m.  The Masked Rider Open featured throwers from NCAA Division I and Junior College contestants.
