Mia Gray has earned yet another SAC Digital Scoreboards Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week award, per the Sooner Athletic Conference offices.
A native of Sunray, Texas, Gray has now received five SAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week awards so far this season (2 Indoor, 3 Outdoor).
Gray earned the award after a terrific showing at the 2026 WT Jo Meaker Classic where she placed 5
th in the women's shot put with a furthest toss of 13.07m, which is the longest throw in the conference this spring. She competed against NCAA Division 1 and NCAA Division 2 opponents at the meet.
Gray and the Pioneers are now preparing to compete in the 2026 SAC Track and Field Championships that are set to take place on April 23-25 in Waxahachie, Texas.
